Problem
A Core Banking Platform must make complex banking processes clear and consistent for the people who use it every day.
Role and scope
As part of finnova's design and product team, I work on the UI, UX, and design system and also develop components for the UI library.
Key decisions
- Make complex banking processes easier to understand and use.
- Create consistent interface patterns across the platform.
- Use prototypes, research, and usability feedback while working with product teams and developers through implementation.
Outcome
The result is a cohesive UI and UX, with a design system that supports consistency across the product.
